Melach
Backstory:
There's a legend told by the humans in his part of the world that says you can tell the age of a mermaid by the number of shells that are stuck to it. Of course it isn't true... He's the doctor of the sea.
Personality: He can be rather rude at times but the seriousness of his job keeps him in check when he needs to focus on the job at hand.
Physical Notes:
Sea: He's got a lot of shells attached to him, and there is salt all over his body. His long hair flows with the water.
Land: If Meleck needs to deliver medicines to isolated lakes or somewhere accessible by a river thats too small for him to pass, he will transform into land form. He's able to keep the magic of having legs from the starfish attached to him. As long as the starfish stays there, he'll be able to get around on land. If it comes off he will have trouble breathing and his legs will disappear. The shells on his feet provide some protection, but there's also scales on the bottom of his feet. The sea grapes hanging on his neck contain small amounts of medicine. His tail recedes, so it covers him like a peacock. He keeps a piece of coral on his "belt" so he can use some of its minerals if he needs to while out of water. His hair still moves as if it's underwater.
